Schools ALWAYS need to raise money. I know that when I was in school there really isn’t a time that I can remember where no one in the school was trying to raise money. Direct sell fundraising is when you buy a product before your fundraiser and then sell through your inventory. We currently offer Smencils as our most popular direct sell fundraiser. The fun thing about these types of fundraisers is that you really don’t have a time limit for your fundraiser. In fact, some groups have purchased a larger quantity of Smencils and then stocked their school store with them to sell year round.
“Other” fundraisers include everything else. Some of the more common other fundraisers out there include car washes and “athons” like a dance-a-thon or a walk-a-thon.
