The school had some brochures out for the coffee and the tea and the parents who enjoyed their cup could buy a bag or two for themselves. They also used this time as a kickoff meeting for the coffee fundraiser the school was doing that month and so they took advantage of the parents being there to be sure that the brochures made it home.
Another of our fundraising ideas for private schools is selling Smencils which are regular pencils in black or in colors that are scented and made from recycled newspapers. They are a lot of fun and are incredibly earth friendly. Plus, since every student will need pencils, it just makes a great deal of sense to have a pencil fundraiser for your private school.
