We know that it can be tough to come up with fun and exciting fundraising ideas every year that keep your group members motivated throughout the fundraising program and that lead to high sales and excellent profits. That is why we at Go Green Fundraising have put together this list of fundraising ideas.
Obviously this is not an exhaustive list as we have many, many more eco friendly fundraising ideas but it gives you a look at some of the more popular fundraiser ideas that groups are using. If you have a fundraising idea that you don’t see here, please feel free to email it to us at sales@go-green-fundraising.com and we will be sure and add it.
Healthy Bake Sale – Instead of selling fattening cookies and cakes you can organize a healthy food bake sale where you sell organic breads and other healthier food options. You can even set up a small farmers market to take the healthy food idea one step further.
Plant-a-Garden Fundraiser – One of our most popular fundraising programs is the flower bulb fundraiser. One really cute way that groups are using that program and raising even more than the 50% profit they already get is to plant the bulbs for your customers for a small fee. Besides being a great way to raise money it is also a fun way to spend time with the other people in your organization.
City Beautification Fundraiser – One of the smartest ways that we have heard of for a group to raise money is to partner with your local town beautification group. These groups work to keep cities clean and well landscaped. Your group can partner with them and them buy trees from your tree fundraiser and then you plant them around town where the group says it is okay.
Advertising Fundraisers – Our custom bags are a terrific way to raise money on their own especially since you can earn up to 70% profit. But what if you could take that and make it 100% profit? Some groups are partnering with local businesses that will purchase ad space from the group that is then printed on the bags along with the group logo. The group uses the money from the businesses to purchase their bags meaning the bags don’t cost them anything.
