Host a Green Fundraiser
So, you’ve met with the school board and everyone has agreed that they want to do a green fundraiser but no one knows how to go about hosting one. Starting Your Green Fundraisers
Now that you have chosen the green fundraiser you want to do, you need to let us know that you are ready to start the fundraiser. You can do that by either calling us or clicking on the “Start Today” link found on each page and filling out the form that comes up.
Once we have confirmed your information with you, you are ready to get started Green Fund Raising! We will mail you your free brochures, order forms, and money collection envelopes.
Also, for your benefit, we include a “fundraising coordinator” packet that includes all the information you need to run your fundraiser.
We usually suggest groups hold fundraisers for no more than 2 or 3 weeks simply because it gives people enough time to sell but is a short enough window that they have a sense of urgency.
Completing Your Green Fundraiser
Once your green fundraiser is complete, take the master tally sheet we provide in your fundraising coordinator packet and tally everyone’s order together. Then, fill out the also provided master order form and either fax it to 1-682-518-1616 or give us a call at (877) 448-9746 and tell us your order. We will send you an invoice for only the costs of the items you sell. Once it is paid, we ship your order from one of our regional warehouses. Shipping usually take approximately 2 weeks.
