How Does Flower Bulb Fundraising Work?

Flower Fundraising is one of the most green and most successful fundraising ideas available to groups needing to raise money today. Customers are tired of buying unhealthy or overpriced items to help a group raise money. Fundraiser particpants are tired of selling the same old worn out fundraising products. Flower Bulbs are something that people really enjoy which is great for your customers. They also offer fantastic profits which is great for your group. So, how do you go about doing a Flower fund raiser and how does flower bulb fundraising work?

The first step in towards successful flower bulb fundraisers is having a plan. You will need to know what dates you want to do the fundraiser for and how many people will be selling and why you are raising money. We have found that a two or three week timeframe is ideal for this program. Our flower bulb fundraiser brochures each have 15 lines on which you can take orders so a typical group will need one or two brochures per participant. It helps to have a reason for your fund raiser as this is the most key motivational technique in all of fundraising.

We will send you brochures and everything else you need to run your fundraiser absolutely free of charge. Let me say that again, you can start this fundraiser for ZERO dollars. This is by far one of the most successful free fundraisers you will find anywhere.

Once you receive the brochures you will need to have some kind of meeting to hand out the brochures and let everyone know when you need the orders turned in and any monetary goals that you have laid out. This meeting is imperative to your success. We have had very small groups sell enormous numbers of flower bulbs because they were organized and everyone was on board with the . Similarly we planhave seen huge groups raise very little money because they did not let everyone know what was going on. Your success really does rest almost exclusively on your shoulders.

Participants will take their flower bulb fundraiser brochures and collect orders from friends and family. They collect money from their customers at the time of the sale which can be stored in the handy cash collection envelopes we provide for free. If your customers want to write a check, have it made out to your group, not Go Green Fundraising. This will be explained later.

When your end date arrives, have everyone turn in their order forms and money to you. We provide tally sheets and a master order form to make compiling your order as easy as possible. Once you have filled out your Flower Bulb Fundraiser master order form, you can either mail it to us, fax it to 682-518-1616, or call it in to 877-448-9746. We will generate an invoice for you for only the cost of what you have sold. Since the Flower Bulb fundraiser has 50% fundraising profit, your cost is half of what you have raised.

The reason that your customers made checks out to the group was that you will only send one payment to us and you keep your profit the whole time. This means that your group doesn’t have to wait to get your profit back from us.

Once we receive payment your flower bulbs are shipped. They come UPS and will usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We can pack your orders by student for a charge of 10 cents per item.
