All that you need to start is a bit of contact information, the dates during which you will be selling, and the number of people who will be selling with you. That’s it. There is no cost to get started and no contract to sign.
Next comes actually doing the selling. We provide a simple to use one page, full color brochure with an attached order form. All of the coffees (there are also tea varieties included) sell for just $10. You take the brochures to friends, family, and neighbors and ask them to buy some delicious coffee to help you raise money. Be sure and tell them why you need their help and how much them buying some coffee will help you and your group. Customers will pre-pay you for the items that they buy meaning you will deliver them later. If someone wants to write a check be sure that it is written to your group.
Once the sale is over you will need to compile all of the orders into one big order. After you get the total number of bags of coffee you have sold you can either call, fax, or email your order to us. After we confirm that your order is correct you pay for the coffee with money you have already collected. Because this is a flat rate profit coffee fund raiser your cost will be 60% of the money you brought in meaning you earn a robust 40% profit.
Once we receive payment for your order your coffee will ship to you directly from our roaster insuring that it is as fresh as possible. After you receive the coffee you will need to distribute it out to the people who bought from you. And that’s it. Just a couple of simple steps and you have done a successful coffee fund raiser!
